There are a few items that are not returnable or exchangable. These exceptions are on each product page and also listed in our Return Policy.
If you find an item or items that you do not see in the Return Center when you request your return, they are items that are not returnable. If you are not sure, you can check here.

Exchanges
Wrong Size? No problem.
We would like every pet to get the right fit, so we do offer exchanges in product sizes of clothing and apparel. Size exchanges are completed during the return authorization process. You will be asked if the item(s) is too large or too small. Type the size you would like sent to you in the notes.
Please note: Our inventory is always changing, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of a requested size or color at the time of your request.
What if the size isn't available?
We will make every effort to meet your needs. If we do not have the requested size or color, or cannot restock in time to fill your request, we will issue a refund and send you a notification.
