Review our Return Policy

There are a few items that are not returnable or exchangable.  These exceptions are on each product page and also listed in our Return Policy

If you find an item or items that you do not see in the Return Center when you request your return, they are items that are not returnable.  If you are not sure, you can check here.

 

Start at our automated Return Center

Our process is automated and can be completed in a few minutes, in 6 easy steps. 
 

Step 1 - Visit our Return Center.  

You will need your Order Number and your Email address to begin the process.
 
 

Step 2 - What do you want to return?

Step 3 - How can we resolve it?

Step 4 - Ship with the Carrier of your choice

 
Step 5 - Your Email Confirmation
 
A Return Authorization email will be emailed to you, with instructions within a few hours, during business hours .
 

Step 6 - Package & Ship your Return

Package all components/products that were included in original order, along with a copy of the RMA email sent to you, in a shipping box. Affix a shipping label from any shipper of your choice. Note: all return shipping and delivery charges are at the sole responsibility of the customer
 

 

 

 

 

Exchanges


Wrong Size? No problem.


We would like every pet to get the right fit, so we do offer exchanges in product sizes of clothing and apparel.  Size exchanges are completed during the return authorization process.  You will be asked if the item(s) is too large or too small.  Type the size you would like sent to you in the notes.

 

Please note: Our inventory is always changing, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of a requested size or color at the time of your request.

 

What if the size isn't available?


We will make every effort to meet your needs. If we do not have the requested size or color, or cannot restock in time to fill your request, we will issue a refund and send you a notification.
