What is the status of my order?Updated 2 years ago

You can check your order status by checking your email, the one used during purchase, or log into your account (Not valid on guest accounts), for tracking information.  Most items ship within 1 - 2 business days.  If you placed a order more than 2 business days and have not received a email, you can contact us and we will provide you the current status.

If you ordered a customized product, most commonly found in our Pet Lovers Section, this items could take several additional days to ship.  Each product has a ETA of shipping.
