The simple answer is no.  We cannot make any changes to the shipping destination while in transit.

When you go through the checkout process, you are asked for a shipping and billing address. The approval process verifies this information to reduce fraud for both customers and retailers. For this reason, we cannot change a shipping address after a item is ordered.
