My item is damaged. What do I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you receive an item that is damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage and order details to : [email protected]

Our system will assign you a ticket number and assign a customer service representative to assist you.  Please DO NOT throw the item away. We cannot replace or refund a damaged item without an inspection.

A representative will contact you during regular business hours.  Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
