Wrong Size?
We would like every pet to get the right fit, so we do offer exchanges in product sizes of clothing and apparel. Size exchanges are completed during the return authorization process.
Please note: Our inventory is always changing, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of a requested size or color at the time of your request.
What if the size isn't available?
We will make every effort to meet your needs. If we do not have the requested size or color, or cannot restock in time to fill your request, we will issue a refund and send you a notification.
PLEASE NOTE: If this was a clearance item, you will not see the obtain for an exchange or a return. These are items on clearance and are not returnable.
