Can I refuse a delivery?Updated 2 years ago

Refusing a delivery might seem to be a quick fix, but in fact refused items ship back to origin, either our facility or the manufacturer.  Packages go into a holding area until the issues are resolved and this process could take up to 30 days.  It is important to accept the delivery, document the condition of packaging if applicable, and contact us for assistance.

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Pawlicious & Company order, you retain ownership of the item, accept additional return shipping costs and 20% handling charge if applicable.  If the item is not be returned to you, you will be required to pay re-shipping cost prior to us returning your product.
