When will my order ship?Updated 2 years ago

Once we receive an order, we expect it to ship out one business day later barring any unforeseen issues. If your order is placed over the weekend, we expect that package to ship out no later than Tuesday.

There are some items, such as custom beds and furniture that have a longer lead time to ship.  These exceptions are noted in the "Shipping Tab" on the product page.

In general, most items go out withing 1-2 business days. *
