Processing Refunds for ReturnsUpdated 2 years ago

Our team makes every effort to process returns quickly.  Upon notification that your return has been inspected and repackaged, the accounting department will be notified and issue you a refund. 

Refunds are made to the original form of payment from the original order.  Please note once a refund is issued, it can take 7-10 days to show up as a credit on your account.  The time delay is controlled by the processor of your credit card, wallet pay, or buy now pay later plan.

No exceptions per contractual agreements with processors.
